- February 29, 2008: Multiple people presented on various Linux Distributions.
- March 28, 2008: Joshua Bruning presented the first in a series of lectures on XBox 360 game programming using Microsoft® XNA™. He mentioned the free SOFTIMAGE|XSI Mod Tool which is linked to on the XNA Creators Club Online – partners page.
- April 4, 2008: Joshua Bruning presented the second in a series of lectures on XBox 360 game programming. Collision and game logic was discussed.
- April 10, 2008: A representative from IBM came to speak about the Power6 processor and answer questions about IBM in general.
- April 11, 2008: Joshua Bruning presented the third in a series of lectures on XBox 360 game programming. An asteroids clone was produced.
- April 18, 2008: Joshua Bruning presented a lecture on GPU programming with HLSL.
- April 25, 2008: Joshua Bruning presented the last in a series of lectures on XBox 360 game programming. Multi-player, bot multi-system and split-screen, capabilities were discussed.
Fall 2007
- September 07, 2007: Tommy Gober presented a lecture on the One Laptop per Child project.
- September 21, 2007: David Carpenter presented a lecture on Intrusion Prevention/Detection Systems: An Introduction to Capabilities and Vulnerabilities. He discussed and demonstrated some of the capabilities of modern network intrusion prevention systems and how those capabilities can be exploited as vulnerabilities.
- October 12, 2007: Brett Clark presented a lecture on Operating System Development. He focused on the 16-bit and 32-bit x86 architectures and discussed bootstraps, protected mode, memory architecture, and interrupts.
- October 26, 2007: Richard Bringhurst presented a lecture on “Real World Challenges for Software Engineers”.
- November 16, 2007: David Carpenter spoke on “A Brief History of Hacking.”
